Biography
In November 1944, a woman named Frances Harrison appeared on First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt’s “list of servants and their children.”1 On another undated list from the Roosevelt White House, her name is crossed out and replaced with “Sarah Harrison.” It is unclear if this is the same individual or a relative.2 Further information about Harrison’s identity and role at the White House is limited at this time.
